This is an annual meeting hosted by the OOC SEMS Subcommittee to engage the offshore labor force. The objective is to share perspectives from the field to inform the OOC's subcommittee efforts in continuous improvement in safety and management systems offshore.
The target Field Personnel audience for the SEMS field day workshop should include offshore personnel with hands on experience using their company's SEMS system(s). They should have intimate knowledge of the day to day activities and what it takes to successfully make the SEMS work for those activities.
SEMS administrators and managers represent the second target audience to hear and engage on the learnings from this safe sharing dialogue.
