The National Ocean Industries Association (NOIA) is holding its annual membership meeting at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C. Leading experts are scheduled to speak on important topics impacting the offshore energy industry, including global affairs, politics, energy policy, regulatory issues, accountability, safety and security.
